Jesse Lee Soffer (2024 – present)
News broke that Spiridakos was dating her former Chicago P.D. co-star, Jesse Lee Soffer, in January 2024. Though their relationship wasn’t public until that time, a source told The New York Post that the two had been secretly dating for years.
Soffer and Spiridakos starred together on Chicago P.D. for six seasons as love interests Detectives Jay Halstead and Hailey Upton until Soffer’s exit from the series in Season 10. The characters married in the Season 9 finale before divorcing in Season 11 following Halstead’s departure to take a job investigating crime in Bolivia.

Along with Spiridakos, Soffer has also dated his other Chicago P.D. co-star, Sophia Bush, from 2014 to 2016. Bush played Detective Erin Lindsay from Seasons 1 to 4 of the NBC drama. Soffer also dated Chicago Med star Torrey DeVitto from 2018 to 2019. DeVitto, for her part, played Dr. Natalie Manning from Seasons 1 to 7 of Chicago Med.
Spiridakos confirmed she and Soffer were still together as of May 2024 when she shared an Instagram post of her and Soffer on the set of Chicago P.D., which he returned to earlier that year to direct an episode of Season 11. “Tonight’s episode was directed by the one and only, our very own @jesseleesoffer 🥳🥳🥳!! And you guys, it’s a realllllllly good one. You don’t want to miss it,” Spiridakos captioned the post.
She also went public with her relationship with Soffer in April 2024 with another Instagram post celebrating his 40th birthday on April 23, 1984. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @jesseleesoffer 🥳🥳🥳🥳,” she captioned a photo of them together.

Jon Car (2010 – 2013)
Not much is known about Spiridakos’ dating life before Soffer, however, according to One Chicago Center, she dated actor Jon Car from 2010 to 2013. The two met after starring together in the movie, The Boy She Met Online, in 2010, and got engaged in 2012. They also starred in the TV series Being Human that same year. The two, however, never married and split in 2013, just one year after their engagement.
