Hot Tub Time Machine 2 Posters Rewrite History

I am surprisingly excited for Hot Tub Time Machine 2. The first movie was good, and comedy sequels rarely surpass the original, but I've really liked everything I've seen so far. I am surprisingly excited for Hot Tub Time Machine 2.  The first movie was good, and comedy sequels rarely surpass the original, but I've really liked everything I've seen so far.  The time-jumping plot sees the return of Clark Duke, Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson, and Chevy Chase, with Adam Scott filling the ensemble spot left vacant by John Cusack.

Today, we and our partners at Complex are happy to share three exclusive, new Hot Tub Time Machine 2, and they're delightful.  They convey that the guys are going far beyond the 1980s of the original, and that they'll be messing up everything along the way.  I'm not expecting this film to reinvent comedy, but I'll happily settle for the sequel being wonderfully silly.

Hot Tub Time Machine opens February 20th.

Here's the official synopsis:

When Lou (Rob Corddry) finds himself in trouble, Nick (Craig Robinson) and Jacob (Clark Duke) fire up the hot tub time machine in an attempt to get back to the past. But they inadvertently land in the future with Adam Jr. (Adam Scott). Now they have to alter the future in order to save the past… which is really the present, in the sequel from the same team that brought you the original cult hit.
