Avengers: Endgame concluded the 22 movies long story arc of most of the main Avengers while also setting up future movies. In the end, we see that Thor has joined the Guardians team and heads out to space which could be the plot of Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

A Twitter user by the name @RogerWardell who previously posted correct Information about Avengers: Endgame, has now posted new details on Guardians of the Galaxy 3 plot. The basic plotlines have been briefed and what happens to the team of Guardians is also revealed.
Creators of Rocket
James Gunn has previously mentioned that the plot of Guardians of Galaxy Vol 3 will reveal the origins of Rocket and his creators. According to the Twitter leak, Rocket is created by The High Evolutionary who was featured in the first Thor movie. It might also tie up with reports of Thor and Guardians going on adventures together in Space.
Family of Drax
The first two Guardians movies revolved about Drax played by Dave Bautista mourning his family and wanting revenge, finally overcoming it and trying to save the world. The new leaks reveal that the daughter of Drax who goes by the name Moondragon might be alive, and its impact on Drax.
Rocket’s Love Interest
While the name Lylla was just teased in the first Guardians movie, it looks like she might finally make her appearance in GOTG Vol 3.
In the comics, Lylla is the partner in crime for Rocket and also her love interest. We might finally get a chance to see Rocket and his romantic relationship.
Star-Lord and Nebula
Avengers: Endgame ended with Star-Lord searching for Gamora from the year 2014. While she has not experienced her love with Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, it will be interesting to see how that plays out. Nebula and Star-Lord both will be looking for Gamora and will become good friends.
